Alyssa Hawkins
A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Alyssa joined the Mohawk Home team in 2014 and is now a Marketing Communications Specialist for Mohawk Home. Her previous professional experience includes digital media marketing, public relations, blogging, creative design, social media and account management. When she’s not working, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her daughter, Makenna in her hometown of Cartersville, Ga., as well as reading, watching movies and hanging out with family and friends.
Rachel Weems
Rachel Weems is currently an Online Content Management Specialist for American Rug Craftsmen. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Rachel is a proud alumni of the University of Tennessee, where she studied Journalism and Electronic Media. After graduation, Rachel initially pursued a career in the field of communications and marketing before relocating a little further South to join the American Rug Craftsmen e-Commerce team in 2014.
Attracted to the high energy and creative environment of American Rug Craftsmen, Rachel is loving life in the fast lane of home fashion. Recent transplants to Ringgold, Georgia, Rachel and her husband, Matt, enjoy exploring their newfound community and navigating farm life with their golden retriever “fur baby”, Tucker. Jennifer has been in the floor covering industry since 2003. She started her career in Sales, moved to Product Management and Development of Printed & Imported rugs and rug pads, and now is the Vice President of eCommerce for Mohawk Home. Her love for fashion and home design is a perfect fit for the exciting world of floor coverings where the patterns often mirror fashion trends that many wear each day. As a graduate from the University of Arizona, she focused on retailing trends and the consumer marketplace. She is formerly from Southern California, but now resides in North Georgia with her husband Kevin and their two wonderful kids.
