Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Mohawk Industries, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter: To enter, “Like” the daily contest post and leave a comment about why you would like to win.

Prize Details/Odds of winning: One (1) winner will be selected daily to win the product pictured. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Drawing: One (1) winner will be selected at random daily December 14-25, 2016. Winner will be announced on the Mohawk Home Facebook page daily during the promotional period. In the event that the winner does not respond to this notification within five (5) business days, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. One (1) entry per participant. By entering the contest you agree that if selected, Mohawk Home has the right to announce your name on its various social media sites, in blog posts and media releases. All information is believed to be accurate but is not warranted. Subject to error, changes, omissions and withdrawals without notice.

General Conditions: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Mohawk Home as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

If Sponsor cannot run this Sweepstakes as planned due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor may terminate the Sweepstakes early. In that event, Sponsor will post notice of such termination on the web site and will select the potential Winner via a random drawing from all eligible entries. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules.

By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal and/or state courts in Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damage, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Sponsor reserves the right to revise or amend this Official Rules at any time.
