Spring is here! After the snow and ice of this winter we welcome spring with open arms.
Do you struggle with door decor between Valentine’s Day and Easter? The pink and red hearts must come down… but still a little early for bunnies and Easter Eggs. I’ve found a simple, frugal, spring solution for you!
What you’ll need:
Tie the yarn in a knot around the straw wreath like this:
From here just start wrapping. Wrap until the entire wreath is covered with the yarn. You can mix colors or keep it solid. Whatever yarn you have on hand will do!
From here you add flowers or any other spring adornments you choose. I found these little wooden birdies at a local craft store.I used left over yarn doubled over several times to make a messy bow and placed it nicely on the front door until comes time for the Easter Decor to come out!
To finish the look you can pair your Spring birds wreath with this Owl doormat from Mohawk Home.
